Our Chicken Ambala pie is Mister Singh’s speciality – it’s what we call a ‘curry in a pie’.
The recipe for this delicacy is a closely-guarded secret. It was brought to this country by the original Mr Singh when he arrived on these shores in the 1950s.
As such, the Chicken Ambala pie is in a league of its own. The sauce we prepare is unique to us and our restaurant. But now it can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.
